343 firefighters went to sleep in preparation for their morning shift.
60 police officers went to sleep in preparation for morning patrol.
8 paramedics went to sleep in preparation for the morning shift of saving lives.

None of them saw past 10:00am Sept 11, 2001. In one single moment life may never be the same. As you live and enjoy the breaths you take today and tonight before you go to sleep in preparation for your life tomorrow, kiss the ones you love, snuggle a little tighter, and never take one second of your life for granted.

Life got busy after Worlds, but these are memories we’ll always treasure.

Looking back, I’m incredibly proud of my daughter for competing in her first World Ninja League World Championships this past summer.

We’re so grateful to be part of the The LAB Florida | Elite Ninja Training family. Competing alongside such an amazing group of athletes made the experience even more special.

A huge thank you to Flip Rodriguez and Megan Budway for creating an environment that challenges kids to grow, supports them through the journey, and inspires them to become their best both in ninja and in life. We’re incredibly thankful she gets to be part of it. ❤️

Worlds may be behind us, but the memories and everything she learned from the experience will stay with us. With a new competition season already underway, we’re excited for what’s next 💪.
