Two years ago I was not in a healthy place. I had let myself go and was not feeling myself. I decided it was time for a change and I signed up for the 15 day Herbalife challenge. For those 15 days I stayed consistent in my workouts and stuck to the eating plan and the results speak for themselves! Not only did I surprise myself but I also won the challenge!
