We’re looking for one more great person to join our Broad Creek Manor family!
Broad Creek Manor is a small, family-owned assisted living home in Whiteford, Maryland, caring for just 16 residents. Our goal is to help our residents maintain as much independence as possible while providing the compassion, support, and personal care they need along the way.
And the setting isn't bad either! Broad Creek sits on a beautiful waterfront property overlooking the Susquehanna River. It’s a peaceful, relaxed setting that feels much more like a home than a large facility....and we think that makes it a pretty special place to work.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR PART-TIME • SECOND SHIFT
Typical shift hours are 2:30–10:30 PM or 2:00–9:00 PM.
We have flexibility and are looking for the right person. Scheduling possibilities include:
• 2 – 4 days per week, including every other weekend
• Weekends only
• Every other weekend only
• Possibly every Saturday or every Sunday
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, kind, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys caring for older adults.
With only 16 residents, you have the chance to really know the people you’re caring for. You’re not just another employee in a huge facility, you become part of a small team and an important part of our residents’ everyday lives.
