Jennifer Evans RN

Director of Nursing

Jennifer Evans has dedicated more than 24 years to the long-term care industry, beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in 2002. Through hard work and a commitment to excellence, she advanced to Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and is now a Registered Nurse (RN).
Throughout her career, Jennifer has served in nearly every role within a long-term care facility, giving her a well-rounded understanding of resident care and facility operations. Her true passion has always been caring for the geriatric population, with a special focus on residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
Jennifer believes in leading by example, fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence. She is committed to providing exceptional care while supporting residents, families, and staff with kindness and empathy. Her goal is to ensure that every individual entrusted to her care is treated with dignity, love, and the highest level of professional care.
