Some days remind you exactly why you keep saying “yes.”

The drive to Council Grove was absolutely beautiful, and spending the evening providing a soundbath for such an incredible group of women was a gift in itself. The conversation we shared afterward was just as meaningful as the session, and hearing how much they enjoyed the experience truly filled my heart.

To top it all off, they sent me home with the sweetest parting gifts; a beautiful plant to add to my porch and a plate full of delicious snacks. Their kindness and hospitality meant so much.

I’m leaving this experience feeling incredibly grateful. This was probably one of my favorite soundbaths to date, and I’m thankful for every opportunity to create a space for rest, peace, and connection.

Thank you, Council Grove. I hope our paths cross again. 💛

What a beautiful day at the 1st Annual Rooted in Recovery Car Show at Cherry Creek Treatment Center! Last Saturday I had the opportunity to set up my sound healing space, offer mini sound baths, and share with people some of the many benefits of meditation, including stress reduction, relaxation, improved mental clarity, and overall well-being. It was such a blessing to connect with so many wonderful people throughout the event.

One of the highlights of the day was meeting Healing Hearts ICT, an organization dedicated to supporting families and individuals affected by overdose, child abuse, gun violence, and su***de. Their mission is truly inspiring, and I’m excited about the possibility of working together in the future to bring sound healing experiences to their community.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, relaxed for a few moments, and shared in the experience. I’m grateful for every connection made and look forward to seeing where God leads next! ❤️🎶

What a beautiful evening at Celestial! ✨ I had the honor of kicking off the event with a rooftop soundbath surrounded by incredible music, a talented live painter, and an amazing community of creatives. It was such a blessing to make new connections, share this experience with so many wonderful people, and introduce the healing power of sound to several people who had never experienced a soundbath before. My heart is full of gratitude for every conversation, every smile, and every person who took a moment to slow down, breathe, and simply be present. Thank you to everyone who came out and made the evening so special. 🎶💛

What a beautiful evening spent in nature. 🌅✨

This full moon gathering took place at sunset beside a peaceful pond, surrounded by the sounds of nature. As the soundbath began, the frogs joined in with their own chorus, creating the most serene accompaniment to the instruments. Their echoes across the water added a layer of magic that simply couldn't have been planned.

There is something special about gathering with friends, slowing down, and taking time to connect with ourselves, each other, and the beauty around us. Watching the sun sink lower in the sky while the sounds carried across the pond was a reminder of how much peace can be found in the present moment.
