The way you think determines the way you live. Reflect on that today before we move i to the new year.
If your life flowed well most if the time, kudos to you! That means thoughts were in alignment with higher vibrations and life flowed. If your life didn't flow well, then changing your perspective may help.
Think about your energy, think about your health, your finances, your choices.
Are you addicted to energy drinks to for get up and go? Did you know there is a healthy alternative is out there? Did you know most supplements in stores are synthetic and have petroleum binders or lower quality herbs so those health benefits claims may not quite be there? Is your income bringing you everything you need and want?
Changing your thoughts can change your life. And can you imagine changing your life and changing a child's life for the better too?
Let's change our thoughts and loves for the better together!

Ponder the question(s) l. Write down the answers. Then live and love your life with and on purpose!

So true! In life we do have to look at things with a different perspective. Let"s get real how healthy are you? How many meds are you on? What supplements to you take? What do your daily meals look like? Are you sedentary or active? Getting real and being truthful l about your efforts. If you're like me there are many stops and starts. Being consistent with returning health and wellness can be tough, but it is doable. It's the little things l. The little daily choices to actually shift from unhealthy habits t9 healthy ones.
