Today's reminder of the fun we have. Some of our favorite moments happen when we’re simply spending time together.

We love getting out into our communities and connecting with the people who make them so special.

We’re thankful for the friendships we’ve made, the smiles we’ve shared and the wonderful communities that continue to welcome Rivercross with open arms.

It’s these connections that have made what we do so meaningful for 20 years!

We're enjoying this fall weather and loved spending time being creative with our friends at Wheatlands Health Care Center ! We decorated pumpkins in preparation of Halloween.

These creative sessions are always so much fun. It's such a special time full of laughs, sharing, and holiday fun.

This is a question families ask us all the time.

“Does Mom have to move somewhere to receive hospice?”

Often, no.

Hospice care can be provided in the patient's home. This may be a private residence, assisted living community or nursing facility.

Our team team works alongside the people already involved in someone's care while adding another layer of support focused on comfort and quality of life.

Sometimes understanding your options makes a difficult situation feel a little less overwhelming.

20 years of creating memories, caring for our neighbors, and growth.

We've grown and changed over the years, but one thing hasn't: we're still locally owned and still caring for people in the communities we call home.

That's something we're pretty proud of.

Thank you to every family, healthcare partner, employee, volunteer and community. It has been our homor to serve you over the last 20 years, and we look forward to walking alongside you over the next 20 years. 💙

Visiting, music, crafts, activities, therapy dogs, phone calls, sharing a special talent or simply spending time with someone can make a difference.

No healthcare background required.
You just need a little time and a willingness to connect.

Volunteering is fun and rewarding, and means the world to the patients and their families.

One of the biggest misconceptions about hospice is that choosing it means giving up.

It doesn't.

Hospice shifts the focus toward comfort, quality of life and helping someone spend their time in the way that matters most to them.

It also gives families a team to turn to for support, education and guidance.

You don't have to wait until a crisis to ask questions about hospice. And asking questions doesn't commit you to anything.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a reminder to take care of ourselves and the women we love.

For many of us, breast cancer has touched a friend, sister, mother, coworker or someone else we care about.

This month, we honor those currently facing breast cancer, celebrate survivors, remember those we've lost.
This is a reminder to women to stay informed and talk with your healthcare providers about screening & individual risk.
