Meet Morgan! The Virtual Admin behind ICT Lactation. 🤍
Morgan helps keep things moving behind the scenes at ICT Lactation, from scheduling appointments and communicating with families to coordinating paperwork, insurance, and the little details that make each family’s experience as smooth as possible.
As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, Morgan brings a unique perspective to her administrative role. Her background in breastfeeding support helps her understand the questions, concerns, and emotions that can come with reaching out for lactation care, and allows her to connect with families in a way that goes beyond simply managing the logistics.
She also brings her own experience as a mom to the work. Morgan breastfed both of her children for about two years each, giving her firsthand experience with the highs, challenges, questions, and unexpected turns of a feeding journey.
She knows that sometimes the first person a family talks to when reaching out for support can make all the difference. Her goal is to make every family feel welcomed, heard, and cared for from that very first interaction. While Morgan may spend most of her time behind a computer rather than in a consultation room, she is still a meaningful part of the care families receive at ICT Lactation. For Morgan, being part of ICT Lactation is about creating a supportive experience from beginning to end and making sure families know there are people in their corner every step of the way. 🫶
