Life rarely goes exactly as planned. Transitions — whether it’s starting a new job, becoming a parent, adjusting to an empty nest, or grieving a loss — can stir up unexpected emotions.

Therapy can be a place to sort through those feelings, gain perspective, and find healthy ways forward. At Waypoint Therapy, I help individuals, couples, and families approach these changes with clarity, resilience, and hope.

I’m excited to introduce Waypoint Therapy — a space created to help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity and support.

Whether you’re facing life stage changes, anxiety, depression, grief, or preparing for marriage, my goal is to walk alongside you and provide a safe place for growth and healing.
