For the fifth week in a row, WellLife Chiropractic Center has been fully booked, and next week is nearly full as well. I'm grateful for every person who has trusted me with their care.
It's hard to believe we're coming up on two years here. Movement Workshop #2 today! Hosted in the Maximum Potential physical therapy suite located inside the Dayspring regional health center.

Focus is lower back and hip stability! Grab a friend (and $10) and join us from 11:30 to 12:30!

Dr. Herron is teaching a class! These will be every Tuesday from 11:30-12:30 starting Jan 13th thru Feb 3rd.

This is your opportunity to get personal help in a small class setting with the doc. You do NOT have to be a patient, so all are welcome! We will talk about and work through some exercises and stretches to keep your body healthy and moving. 💪

This will be a hands on educational class (so we will practice movements), but not a workout class (nothing fast-paced to get you sweaty) 😅
