We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the countless acts of courage, compassion, and humanity that followed.

Bruising after injectables is NORMAL. We can be incredibly precise, but unfortunately we don’t have X-ray vision for every microscopic vessel hiding under your skin.

Want to stack the odds in your favor?

✨ Skip alcohol for 24–48 hours
✨ Avoid a hard workout right before + after
✨ Stay hydrated
🍍 Add pineapple to your pre/post-treatment menu — it contains bromelain, which may help support the body’s response to swelling and bruising.
✨ Avoid non-essential ibuprofen/aspirin and blood-thinning supplements when medically appropriate
✨ Tell us about your medications + supplements
✨ And maybe don’t book your filler 48 hours before your wedding. 😅
