Hey Luvs — I know I’ve gone a little quiet here!

Life got FULL in the best way. On Sunday I just got back from another incredible girls retreat that filled my cup all the way up (you know how much I need that energy). And some incredible things happened!

During my travels to Alabama ..because the universe loves a plot twist — I had a full phone catastrophe and basically lost most access until I finally got home and could sort it out.

So if you texted, DM’d, or commented and heard crickets… that’s why! Not ghosting, just living (loudly, per usual 🫶🏼).

A few stolen hours a day. Full time job still running in the background. But this dream of educating women on what these tools can do for their health, wellness, and longevity? Worth every late night and early morning.

For years I made myself smaller so other people could stay comfortable.
Smaller dreams.
Smaller voice.
Smaller needs.
Smaller opinions.
Smaller version of ME.
And the wild part?
Women are taught to call that maturity.
Not anymore.
At this point in my life, I would rather be “too much” than spend one more second pretending I
don’t deserve to take up space.
So yes…
I got louder.
More honest.
More bold.
More unapologetic.
And maybe that makes some people uncomfortable.
But at least I finally stopped abandoning myself.
Aging Loudly AF means we do not disappear quietly anymore.
