By utilizing a catamaran to sail around the world, we aim to provide transformative mental health assistance to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Our program leverages the therapeutic benefits of the sea, the sense of community on board, and professional mental health services to foster healing and personal growth.
