Happy June, friends! This month, we officially enter the season of Summer! This year, that shift can feel BIG, as we're in the midst of the Year of the Fire Horse. That movement into the summer season of the Fire Element asks us to remain well grounded (and tapped into the wisdom of our Water Element) to balance the expansive energies of Fire and summer.
To help with that grounding we are all in need of, please feel welcome to join us at any of our following June offerings! All of our classes are donation-based, and all class details may be found on our website here: https://movementation.org/classes-%26-events
