Robyn Miller from WATTS speaks to the club about homelessness in northern Virginia and solutions that are being pursued to help provide affordable housing.

Congratulations to Sophia Fedyk and Hunter Brewer from Millbrook High School!! They were selected to present their pitch and to advance as finalists in the Key Club’s Big Pitch, competing against 25 others where they placed in the top 5.

Cynthia Moore of the Northern Shenandoah Valley Nurse Honor Guard spoke at today’s lunch meeting. This all-volunteer organization ensures every nurse receives a respectful farewell as a caregiver. They dress in traditional white uniforms, white caps, and capes and perform the Nightingale Tribute, light a ceremonial lamp, and conduct a final roll call to release the nurse from duty. Thank you for what you do for the nurses that spend their life in service of others.
