I help make daily life easier for children, adults, and parents through better brain function and a more regulated nervous system. Many people think anxiety always looks like panic, racing thoughts, or constant worry.

But often it shows up in ways that are easier to miss.

Feeling exhausted but unable to relax.

Replaying conversations long after they're over.

During Pride Month, I've been thinking about how acceptance, belonging, and feeling safe in our environments affect the nervous system.

Feeling safe matters.

Feeling accepted matters.

And nervous system regulation matters too.
