What a wonderful afternoon! I had the privilege of attending the Experience Kissimmee, Florida Destination Update at Ga***rd Palms Resort & Water Park today, and I walked away genuinely inspired. The tourism outlook for and the greater area is bright — and being in a room full of dynamic, passionate business people made it feel even more alive.

One of my favorite moments? Looking across a room of hundreds and finding my dear friend and NAWBO Orlando sister Julie Kostic of JK Creative. We ended up sitting together, and it's a good reminder that as entrepreneurs, we do our best work — and have our best experiences — in the company of people we genuinely trust and admire.

I also had the joy of sharing about the Wild Resilience program at Central Florida Animal Reserve with some wonderful new contacts. As a proud Experience Kissimmee partner, getting to spotlight this one-of-a-kind, authentically Florida experience never gets old. The big cats have a way of stopping people mid-sentence — in the very best (and safest) way! 🐆

We were even gifted brigadeiros from Quintal on the way out — a Brazilian bar and grill coming soon to 30 Broadway in downtown Kissimmee. Delicious things are ahead for this community.

Thank you, Experience Kissimmee and Ga***rd Palms, for such a hospitable, inspiring afternoon. This region continues to set the bar high. 🌴

Meet Aurora. 🐯

I'm at the Central Florida Animal Reserve getting ready for a Wild Resilience experience this week — and moments like this one remind me exactly why I created this program.

Lions teach us that the most powerful teams aren't the loudest ones. They're the ones who read each other's signals, lean into their individual strengths, conserve energy for when it counts, and move together when the moment arrives.

That's courageous teaming. And it happens in the wild every single day.

I'm deeply grateful to the entire CFAR family for their partnership and for opening their sanctuary so that leaders can step out of the conference room and into an experience they won't forget. Their dedication to these animals — and now to this work — is extraordinary.

This is what it looks like when nature meets leadership development. And we're just getting started. 🌿🦁

Starting this Monday feeling grounded, refreshed, and grateful after a weekend spent outside in nature with good friends.
There is something powerful about stepping away, breathing deeply, walking beneath the trees, and letting the nervous system settle. 🌿

Creativity feels more open. Motivation feels more natural. My mood is lighter, clearer, and more optimistic as I step into the week ahead.

Sometimes we don’t need to force a fresh start.
Sometimes we need to enter the trail slowly, intentionally, and with our face turned toward the light.☀️

If you’ve been feeling decision fatigue, mental fog, low creativity, or that quiet kind of burnout that builds slowly… try stepping outside.
Not as an escape.
As a reset.
Walk under the trees.�Sit near water.�Feel the sun on your face.�Listen for the sounds you usually rush past.
Then notice how you feel — immediately afterward and even the next day.🌿

Nature has a way of helping us return to ourselves with more clarity, calm, creativity, and connection.
This is one of the reasons nature-based coaching and nature immersion are such important pillars in the deeper work I do through Sunshine Coaching Group.

Through Wild Resilience, hosted at Central Florida Animal Reserve, I facilitate nature-based leadership and team experiences for high-stress professionals and teams who need space to reset, reconnect, and lead with renewed clarity.🐾

During International Coaching Week, I’m honoring the incredible work of coaches around the world through International Coaching Federation.

A coach doesn’t have all the answers. Instead, we hold space, ask meaningful questions, and help others uncover the wisdom, courage, and potential that may already be within them — even when they cannot yet see it themselves.

Coaching is about presence, possibility, growth, and believing in people as they become who they are meant to be.

Grateful for the privilege of walking alongside others on that journey. 🌞
