Tarot is one of the most misunderstood spiritual tools in our society.

Over the years, I've heard people say that tarot is evil, demonic, or something to fear. Many of those beliefs come from experiences, teachings, or interpretations within certain religious traditions. I respect that everyone has the right to their own spiritual path and beliefs.

For me, tarot is not about worshipping a deck of cards, predicting an unchangeable future, or giving my power away to something outside of myself.

Tarot is a reflective tool.

Just as someone may use prayer, journaling, meditation, therapy, dream work, or scripture to gain clarity, I use tarot as a way to pause, reflect, ask meaningful questions, and become more aware of patterns that may already be present in a person's life. The cards themselves hold no power over anyone. They are pieces of paper with symbolic imagery that invite conversation, introspection, and deeper awareness.

The reading comes from the relationship between intuition, symbolism, the questions being asked, and the energy a person is bringing into that moment. Energy, in this context, is simply the emotional, mental, and relational state someone carries with them. Many people can sense when someone is anxious, joyful, grieving, or overwhelmed without anyone saying a word. Tarot provides another language for exploring those experiences.

A reading should never replace your own discernment, your personal responsibility, or professional support when it's needed. My goal is never to tell someone what they must do. My role is to help them slow down, look at different perspectives, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

One of the biggest parts of my work is something called shadow work.

Shadow work is the practice of exploring the parts of ourselves that we've hidden, rejected, or learned to suppress. The term "shadow" was popularized by psychologist Carl Jung to describe aspects of our personality that often remain outside of our conscious awareness.

These aren't always "bad" parts of ourselves.

Our shadow can include:
• Childhood wounds
• Fear of rejection or abandonment
• Limiting beliefs
• Unprocessed grief
• Anger we were never allowed to express
• Shame
• Perfectionism
• People pleasing
• Gifts and talents we were taught to hide
• Parts of ourselves we've denied in order to survive

Shadow work asks difficult but healing questions.

Why do I react this way?

Why does this situation trigger me?

What belief about myself am I carrying?

What part of me needs compassion instead of judgment?

This work isn't about becoming perfect. It's about becoming honest. Healing begins when we stop pretending we don't have wounds and begin caring for them with compassion.

I've also watched public figures such as Doreen Virtue, Kat Von D, and Alex Reads speak openly about changing their spiritual beliefs and practices. Their journeys are their own. I respect that each person has the freedom to follow the path that feels true to them, just as others have found peace through different spiritual traditions. Their choices don't define every practitioner, just as one person's experience in any religion or spiritual path doesn't define everyone who shares that label.

At the end of the day, I encourage people to practice discernment.

Ask questions.

Study.

Read from multiple perspectives.

Know why you believe what you believe.

Whether your path leads you through church, meditation, therapy, ancestral traditions, or another faith entirely, the goal should be the same: to become a more compassionate, accountable, and authentic human being.

My work is never about creating fear or dependency. It's about helping people reconnect with themselves, take responsibility for their healing, and remember that they already carry more wisdom than they often realize.

✨ Great Central Sun • Unity Consciousness ✨

There are moments in life when we are called to look beyond what we know and open ourselves to what is possible.

The Great Central Sun represents a source of infinite wisdom, inspiration, and creation. It reminds us that we are connected to something far greater than our everyday experiences. Beyond the physical world, beyond limitation, there is an expansive field of potential waiting for us to tap into.

Through the crown chakra, we can connect with unity consciousness, the understanding that we are all part of a greater whole. This connection can bring inspiration, new ideas, deeper awareness, and a sense of purpose that extends beyond our individual selves.

You are made of stardust. The same energy that creates galaxies exists within you.

Take a moment today to imagine a stream of light flowing from above into your crown, connecting you to the limitless wisdom of the universe. Notice what comes through. A new idea. A feeling. A knowing. A spark.

We are living in a time of tremendous change and awakening. Just as humanity experienced periods of great innovation and transformation throughout history, we are being invited to participate in a new evolution of consciousness.

Trust the ideas that are arriving.
Trust the inspiration that keeps calling you.
Trust the path that is unfolding.

You are here to create, share, teach, inspire, and bring your unique light into the world.

✨ Affirmation ✨

I unfold the great and unlimited potential of my soul. I am connected to the wisdom of the universe, and I allow my light to shine freely.

June is layered with remembrance, celebration, liberation, and identity.

It is Caribbean Heritage Month, a time to honor the ancestors, traditions, resilience, music, food, spirituality, and cultures that continue to shape our communities. As a Trinidadian woman, I carry the stories, wisdom, and strength of those who came before me.

It is Pride Month, a reminder that everyone deserves the freedom to exist authentically, safely, and unapologetically. Pride is about visibility, courage, community, and the right to be fully yourself.

It is also Juneteenth, honoring the delayed freedom of enslaved African Americans and reminding us that liberation is not just a moment in history. It is an ongoing practice of truth, healing, justice, and collective care.

And cosmically, June asks us to do something similar.

Gemini season encourages conversation, curiosity, and connection. Cancer season invites us home to ourselves, our roots, our emotions, and our chosen family. Jupiter in Cancer reminds us that abundance grows where we feel safe enough to belong.

This month asks:

What traditions do you carry?
What truth are you finally ready to speak?
What parts of yourself deserve to be celebrated instead of hidden?
What does freedom mean to you?

May June be a month of honoring your roots, celebrating your authenticity, reclaiming your voice, and remembering that your existence is sacred.

Happy Caribbean Heritage Month.
Happy Pride Month.
Happy Juneteenth.

May we continue creating communities where everyone has a place at the table.

I have 4 reading spots available this week. Tarot, oracle, aura, mediumship, and shadow work sessions available virtually and in person. Message me to book.

06/14/2026

People often ask how I built the community I have.

The truth?

I didn't build it through perfect branding.

I built it through showing up.

By hosting events when only a handful of people came.
By creating spaces when I was exhausted.
By believing in connection when social media felt disconnected.

Community isn't built through algorithms.
It's built through consistency, care, and genuine relationships.

That's the work I love most.

06/11/2026

Sometimes people only see the reading, the event, the workshop, or the social media post.

What they don't see is what I've spent years building.

I am a community builder, poet, teacher, intuitive reader, facilitator, advocate, and space holder. I've spent years creating spaces where people can heal, create, connect, grieve, celebrate, and remember who they are.

I built Open Mic Renegades because artists needed a home.

I built circles because people needed community.

I offer readings because sometimes people need clarity.

I teach because knowledge should be shared.

I create products, workshops, and experiences because healing isn't one-size-fits-all.

Everything I do is about helping people feel seen.

If you've attended an event, booked a reading, shared a post, bought from my shop, or simply encouraged me along the way, thank you.

And if you've been watching from the sidelines wondering if you should book that reading, attend that workshop, join that circle, or reach out for support, this is your sign.

I don't just offer services.

I help create spaces where people can come home to themselves.

What I've built is for you.
