Just about 2 months vegetarian. Starting veganism in a month. Maybe less 🤔. The diet change is so amazing has very different affects on the body like stiffness/arthritis kinda chilled out.
A lot of people think your missing protein out of your diet if you are vegetarian/Vegan... but get this. What do animals usually eat to get THEIR source of protein and or nutrition... PLANTS!!!🌱 It’s scientifically proven that greens have more protein per calorie than most meat! Roughly 14% of the caloric intake of veggies is your protein! All veggies are equal or above your meat selection. Also! TRY ORGANIC SHOPPING! Avoid them GMO’S (genetically modified organism) they are so hard on your body. Have a organic vegan diet is just about as healthy as you can get. Some people freak out. Do! Take B12 supplements if you choose this diet low B12 can cause fatigue, memory problems and numbness. So be careful 💕! You sleep better, you excercise better, you’re more alert, clearer thinking, and other positive benefits so definitely very recommended!
-Your diet is part of your freedom of choice! You just reap benefits from this specific diet if you choose!
