We’re excited to welcome Shenae Lundberg (she/her) to Insights Psychology!

Shenae works with individuals ages 12 and older, as well as couples, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, and significant life transitions. She has a particular interest in working with individuals in high-stress or demanding environments, including first responders, healthcare workers, military personnel, veterans, and athletes.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. Drawing from humanistic and relational perspectives, she integrates approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and experiential techniques to help clients better understand themselves, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward lives that feel more aligned with their values and goals.

Shenae believes that even when life’s challenges make it difficult to see a way forward, meaningful growth and change are possible. She strives to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward.
