We’re growing our team at A Well Place, LLC!

We’re currently hiring a Full-Time Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our supportive outpatient psychotherapy practice in Worcester, MA.

This is a W2 hybrid position working primarily with children and adolescents ages 7–17. We welcome clinicians who are fully licensed or actively working toward LICSW licensure.

Position highlights include flexible scheduling, administrative support, telehealth capabilities, and approximately 25–30 client-facing hours per week.

Estimated annual earnings are $55,000–$75,000+, based on caseload and licensure level.
