Zen Wellness LLC As a Yoga & Fitness Coach, I lead classes in Yoga, Stretch & Restore, Barre Fusion, Water Fitness and Cardio Fit classes at the Worthington Community Center.

During the summer & early fall I lead Paddle & Restore at Hoover & Alum Creek. Pricing varies based on location. I offer customized classes to meet you and/or your groups needs.

Howl at the Moon 2026 is Sunday September 20th at 4pm at Howard Rd Boat Ramp. Dress in a fun and comfortable paddling outfit for some fun in the afternoon fun at Alum Creek. We will paddle to a cove in the no wake zone and do some gentle yoga stretching and a guided moon meditation. And we will howl! Last year we heard owls hooting! Come 20 min early to get your board ready. Kayakers are welcome as well. Text me at (614) 425-7128 to let me know you are coming! $20 for some fun on the water. $5 per person will be donated to the Columbus Dream Center to help kids and families. HOWL!

SUNDAY starts the 2026 Paddle & Restore Season! Join a great group of people out on the water to paddleboard to a cove, do some yoga stretching, and participate in a guided meditation on the water. Sundays only in June and September 4-5:30pm and alternating Mondays July-August 6:30-8pm at various locations on Alum Creek and Hoover. Text me at 614.425.7128 and I will send you the schedule!

Our first Howl at the Moon was a success! What a great time at Cheshire Boat Ramp and paddling around in the calm water. I did a guided Yoga Nidra meditation on the moon. What was super cool is at the meditation we heard an owl hoot! We even Howled at the end of the meditation. I think we will do it again!
