One thing I’ve learned through my work with individuals and groups is that health is never just one piece of the puzzle.
Our mental health, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and metabolic health are deeply connected. Understanding those connections can change the way we support ourselves and the people we serve.
I’m excited to continue bringing this education to groups and clinical teams through workshops focused on practical, evidence-informed strategies for whole-person wellness.
