We’re Hiring: Nurse Practitioner

Challenge Anesthesia / Challenge Pain is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team in Saline and Hillsdale, Michigan.

This is a full-time opportunity for an NP interested in outpatient care, working collaboratively with physicians and clinical providers, and helping grow an expanding practice.

Position Highlights:
• Starting base salary: $120,000/year
• RVU-based bonus opportunity
• Primarily based in Saline
• Approximately 1 day/week in Hillsdale
• Gradual ramp-up as patient volume grows
• Health insurance
• Vision insurance
• 401(k)
• Paid time off
• Short-term disability

We’re looking for a Michigan-licensed or license-eligible NP with strong clinical assessment, communication, and independent practice skills. Outpatient, primary care, hospital, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, or pain management experience is preferred.
