Take control of your care! When it comes to Tricare Prime Referrals, YPG Health Clinic providers do not choose your specialist. Instead, you have the power to select a provider and location that best fits your family’s schedule and needs.

You have three great options to manage your referral:

💻 ONLINE: Log in to your account online to view, change, and manage your referral authorization. This is often the fastest and most convenient method.

📞 PHONE: You can speak directly with a TRICARE representative who can assist you with your options and make the selection over the phone. Just call 1-888-TRI-WEST (874-9378)

👨‍💼 IN PERSON: Our on-site Referrals Manager, Dale Lipumano, is here to help! He can provide guidance and assist you with the process. Call 928-328-2792.

Managing minor illnesses just got easier! The YPG Health Clinic Pharmacy has officially rolled out the brand new, updated WACH Approved Self-Care List.

💡 HOW IT WORKS:

🪪 Who is eligible: Active Duty, Retirees, and Dependents. Just bring your military ID to the Pharmacy OTC window.

🛑 Program Limits: To ensure we keep these vital items stocked for the whole community, limits are strictly set to 2 items per patient OR 4 items per family every 30-day rotation.

📝 How to request: Ask the pharmacy team for the self-care form, check off what you need, and they will dispense it directly to you.
