July is here. Half the year is behind us, and half is still ahead.
This morning, I found myself reflecting on the wellness goals I set at the beginning of the year. Some areas have grown beautifully. Others reminded me that growth isn’t automatic—it requires intentionality.
Instead of asking, “Have I failed?” I’m asking better questions:
✨ Are my daily choices moving me toward the life I want to live?
✨ Do my habits reflect my values?
✨ Am I taking care of my body, mind, relationships, and spirit?
✨ What is one area that needs more attention this season?
✨ What is one small step I can take today?
I’ve learned that whole-person transformation isn’t about being perfect. It’s about consistently making choices that align with the person we’re becoming.
So before July gets busy, I invite you to pause and do your own wellness check-in. Celebrate your progress, give yourself grace where you’ve fallen short, and choose one area to intentionally improve over the next six months.
I’d love to hear from you. What is one wellness goal you’re recommitting to for the rest of this year? Share it in the comments, or send me a message if you’d like encouragement or accountability.
If your church, workplace, or community group would benefit from an engaging workshop on whole-person wellness, I’d be honored to come and share practical, evidence-informed strategies that help people build healthier lives, healthier homes, and healthier habits.
The year isn’t over. Your story is still being written. One choice. Every day. A better you.
