Spring in Miami! Simply beautiful. It is one of my favorite seasons because we get to witness first hand the rebirth of nature.

I love to soak it all in, the colors, the textures, the scent. Everywhere you look there is a tree or a bush in full bloom. It is reminder that each day is a gift and a blessing. Have you stopped for a moment today to admire the beauty of nature?

Start the new year with the medecine of the drum. Come join Najini and Monica Jan 4th 3:30pm at JMS Holistic Healing for a healing Full Moon drum circle. Let's express ourselves through the drum, and our voice, releasing what no longer serves us in community. Sacred Cacao will be served to open our hearts before we begin the drumming.
Please bring a bottle of water to hydrate.

No prior experience required. We have a few drums to share but preregistration is required to reserve your drum.
