H2O All Sports and Supplies is an organization dedicated to two main areas:
Life Coaching and Aquatic Education. We teach swimming at all different levels of learning as well as swimming training for fitness. We have more than 10 years of experience as American Red Cross Certified Swimming and Lifeguard Instructors and Fitness Instructors Certified by International Science Sport Association (ISSA

). We also teach Lifeguarding, CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automatic External Defibrillator), and First Aid for Children and Adults. We organize aquatic programs for children and adults such as: Outdoor Camps, Specialized Clinics and Workshops. In the area of Life Coaching, we are Certified International Coaches from the International Coaching Community and focus on people who look for a positive change in their lives helping them to: spread their possibilities, satisfactory respond to the change, make use of their possibilities, release their fears, and keep their wellness condition as a life style. Sometimes we combined life and swimming coaching and the results are amazing. The goals is dare to transform your life through the best positive way for you!
