'Nohat Shorak' is a traditional Uzbek 🇺🇿 dish (usually breakfast) originating from Samarkand, consisting of slow-cooked chickpeas and tender meat—typically lamb or beef—seasoned with cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Found this delight in Chigatay Bazaar, Tashkent 🇺🇿 on a fine sunny morning.
