Hey everyone, just wanted to share a little herbal mix I learned from my grandma. It's something I do for myself in the mornings, more like a ritual to start my day fresh and clear-headed.

Here's what I use:

· Sugarcane
· Lavender
· Groundnut shells (the ones people throw away after eating, I pick some from the market)
· Scent leaf or bay leaf
· 1 white kolanut

I just pound everything together in a mortar. The sugarcane makes it a bit sticky, so after pounding, I sun-dry it, then pound again until it becomes a fine powder.

Every morning, before I talk to anyone, I mix a little bit of this powder with water and wash my face, hands, and legs with it. I also take a tiny lick of it 3 times before leaving the house.

Honestly, it just makes me feel grounded and positive throughout the day. Not saying it's magic or anything, but for me, it works like a charm. Try it if you want, no pressure.

Preparation
Take the coconut, collect the water n pour it inside a bowl , put your middle finger,(right hand only) inside the bowl containing the coconut water,, pray psalm 16. 3x inside it
