The sacred portal of this winter solstice invites you to surrender to the depths of REST as the medicine.
It is the season when rest is celebrated. Nature leads the way through its own shedding & cycles of death, preparing the way for the rebirth that comes after the frost has softened and the soil replenished.
The mirror that nature provides is the blueprint for our remembrance. Our remembrance that the body is our ancient connection to this version of our human consciousness.
We are remembering the sacred way forward as all the layers of our beings that are no longer in resonance begins to shed, naturally, without force and right on time.
There is no longer a need to be or do anything that doesn’t align with the body, it’s blueprint and it’s innate intelligence. So we rest.
We rest so the body remembers how to be, without the need to perform. This creates the field of safety that we all long to experience. It doesn’t lie within the external world, it lies within the body, but only when we give the body the space to rest and REMEMBER.
