Our upcoming Children's Social Group is designed to help children build meaningful friendships, strengthen social and communication skills, develop confidence, and learn healthy ways to express and manage their emotions, all in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
Whether your child is shy, struggles to make friends, or simply enjoys connecting with others, this group will provide fun activities, teamwork, and opportunities to grow alongside peers.

Some days feel heavier than others and that’s okay.

It’s okay to have hard days.
It’s okay to feel overwhelmed.
It’s okay to ask for help.
It’s okay to rest.
It’s okay to make mistakes.
It’s okay to simply be human.

Healing isn’t about being perfect. It’s about taking one step at a time, even on the days when that step feels small.
