Tropical Behavioral Services is looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in St. Croix.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being a trusted resource for both employees and leaders. The Senior HR Generalist will lead recruitment and onboarding, support employee relations, manage workplace investigations and corrective action, strengthen compliance, improve HR processes, and oversee essential HR records and tracking.

We’re looking for someone with:
✓ 3+ years of progressive HR experience
✓ Strong employee-relations skills and sound judgment
✓ Recruitment and compliance experience
✓ Excellent organization and communication skills

Over the past three years, Kayla has continued to grow alongside Tropical Behavioral Services, demonstrating compassionate leadership, a commitment to learning, and an unwavering dedication to the clients, families, and teammates she serves.

A proud Crucian and Georgia State University graduate, Kayla is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her passion for advocacy, inclusion, and individualized support has made a lasting impact across our organization.

In her new role as Clinical Manager, Kayla will support clinical operations, staff development, intake coordination, after-school programming, and collaboration across teams to help ensure our services remain responsive, connected, and client-focused.

From 10AM–2PM, enjoy a vibrant, inclusive space filled with activities for all ages—sensory play, yoga, games, and more. Come connect, explore, and celebrate neurodiversity with our amazing community!

We’re excited to have vendors on site, including Coral Reef Academy, Tropical Behavioral Solutions, Island Therapy Solutions, JS Therapies, The Children's Museum, First Step Therapy, Disability Rights of the Virgin Islands, the Virgin Islands Department of Education, Oasis Therapy Center, plus Sunny Shore Up serving up delicious breakfast and lunch.
