🌿 TODAY, I MADE A MISTAKE…

Today, I made a mistake that someone working in real estate, like me, should not have made.

I gave a guest the wrong room price.

It seemed like such a small mistake, but it left the guest deeply disappointed and upset.

I tried to explain. I tried to find a solution and did everything I could to make things right.

But this time, I wasn’t able to make her happy.

She left, called a taxi, and went to look for another apartment.

Honestly, I felt very sad.

Sad because I had made a mistake.

Sad because I hadn’t done well the thing I always try my very best to do: taking care of my guests with kindness and responsibility.

But then, after she had found a new place to stay, she calmed down and sent me a message.

She said:

“Don’t be sad. Don’t worry. I’ve found an apartment that I really like. And you are a good person.”

As I read those words, I felt both relieved and deeply moved.

Perhaps today, I don’t need to write about how well I did.

Because today, I made a mistake.

But I will remember this day for a long time.

To be more careful.

More responsible.

And to love this work with a more mature heart.

🙏 Thank God, even on the days when I feel disappointed in myself, He still allows me to encounter kindness.

And tomorrow…

I will still open the doors of Blessed Home, still reply to every message, and still welcome every guest.

Doing this work with all my heart does not mean I will never make mistakes.

Hôm nay tôi đã mắc một sai lầm mà một người làm môi giới như tôi không nên mắc.
Tôi báo sai giá phòng cho khách.
Một sai sót tưởng như rất nhỏ, nhưng lại khiến khách hàng vô cùng thất vọng và tức giận.
Tôi đã cố gắng giải thích, cố gắng tìm cách sửa sai và làm những gì tốt nhất mình có thể.
Nhưng lần này, tôi đã không thể khiến khách hàng hài lòng.
Cô ấy rời đi, gọi taxi và tìm một căn hộ khác.
Thú thật, tôi đã buồn rất nhiều.
Buồn vì mình đã sai.
Buồn vì đã không làm tốt điều mà mình luôn cố gắng làm tốt nhất: chăm sóc khách hàng bằng sự tử tế và trách nhiệm.
Nhưng rồi, sau khi đã tìm được một nơi ở mới, cô ấy bình tĩnh lại và nhắn cho tôi.
Cô ấy nói:
“Đừng buồn. Đừng lo lắng. Tôi đã tìm được một căn hộ rất hợp ý rồi. Và bạn là một người tốt.”
Tôi đọc những lời ấy mà vừa nhẹ lòng, vừa thấy mắt mình cay.
Có lẽ hôm nay tôi không cần phải viết rằng mình đã làm tốt.
Bởi hôm nay, tôi đã làm sai.
Nhưng tôi sẽ nhớ ngày hôm nay thật lâu.
Để cẩn thận hơn.
Trách nhiệm hơn.
Và yêu công việc này bằng một trái tim trưởng thành hơn.
🙏 Tạ ơn Chúa, ngay cả trong những ngày tôi buồn vì chính mình, Ngài vẫn cho tôi gặp được sự tử tế.
Và ngày mai…
Tôi vẫn sẽ mở cửa Blessed Home, vẫn trả lời từng tin nhắn, vẫn đón từng vị khách.
Làm nghề bằng cả trái tim không có nghĩa là mình sẽ không bao giờ mắc sai lầm.
Mà là sau mỗi sai lầm, mình chọn sửa mình và bước tiếp. 🌿

Sometimes, what we remember most about a journey isn't a beautiful hotel or a luxurious room.

It is the feeling of being welcomed into a warm home — sharing a meal, having a cup of tea in the evening, hearing laughter in the next room, and experiencing the simple, everyday life of the place we are visiting.

Our family home in **Go Vap, Ho Chi Minh City** has a private space available, and we would love to welcome someone who is looking for that kind of experience.

This isn't a fancy or luxurious place. It is simply a **real Vietnamese home** — where you can enjoy your own private space, while also having the opportunity to chat with our family, share a home-cooked meal when the moment feels right, or ask us about local food, cafés, places to visit, and the little things that make Saigon special.

Our space may be suitable for:

• A solo traveler or business visitor
• Two friends traveling together
• A couple
• Or a small family of 3–4 people, depending on the arrangement

I have to admit…

There is something truly unique about autumn in Hanoi — something distinctive, special, and unmistakably its own. A kind of privilege that, perhaps, nowhere else quite possesses.

The air is gently crisp, the sky and clouds are clear and blue, and the breeze is cool, fresh, soft, and tender.

Everything feels so gentle, so light, so peaceful, so deeply serene — and strangely pure.

Sometimes, Hanoi in autumn feels like a **grown woman**.

A woman beautiful from her soul to her presence. Beautiful in an authentic way — gentle, graceful, yet quietly profound.

She is not as fresh and vibrant as spring,
not as radiant as summer,
nor as contemplative as winter.

She is simply herself —
fresh and gentle, captivating yet wonderfully simple, elegant, and refined.

No matter how many pens have written about Hanoi's autumn,
no matter how many hearts have been stirred by it,
perhaps none could ever describe it completely.

🌿 THE LITTLE SORROWS OF A SERVICED APARTMENT AGENT

Every day, I share happy stories, lovely guests, and little moments that make me proud of how much care we put into our work…

But today, let me share a little weekend confession. 😂

I’m still quite new to the serviced apartment business, and I’ve already learned that there are 1,001 little stories that can be both sad… and hilarious. 😄

Sometimes, a guest messages very sincerely, confirms everything happily, and makes an appointment to view the apartment…

Then, on the day of the appointment:

The account is gone. 🥲

The apartment is still here.
The appointment is still here.
But the guest…

has disappeared. 😂

Then there are guests who insist:

“I want to meet the landlord.”

Of course! I’m happy to arrange that.

And then someone kindly teaches me a lesson:

“It’s a scam, sister!” 😂

Well… thinking about it, the price is still the same, I don’t charge the guest any agent fee, and eventually the guest has to meet the landlord to sign the contract anyway.

So… sure, let’s meet! 😄

But then…

I got blocked.

No hard feelings. 😂

And sometimes, I take care of a guest wholeheartedly. They view the apartment again and again, ask lots of questions, and I patiently help with everything.

If they decide not to rent, that’s completely fine.

But then one day…

I discover they’ve booked the exact same apartment, at the exact same price… with someone else. 🥲

Well…

May everyone receive the blessings meant for them! 😂🌿

Then there are the guests who don’t really want to rent an apartment…

They just want someone to chat with. 😅

The first message:

“Is this apartment still available?”

I happily answer.

The second message:

“What are you doing?”

Hmm… 🤔

The conversation slowly moves further and further away from apartments…

Oh my! 😂

If I’m not careful, I’ll be flirted into powder! 😆

And the one I fear most?

The first message asks about a room.

The next message suddenly comes with…

“a little show.” 😳

Oh dear!

I’m friendly, really…

But I’m afraid I’ll have to say:

“Thank you, but I’ll stick to apartments, balconies, West Lake, and wholesome conversations!” 😂🌿

There really are 1,001 stories in this little job.

Some make me sad.
Some make me lose time.
Some make me laugh.

But perhaps they are all little lessons teaching me to become more patient, more discerning, and even more passionate about what I do. 🤍

Because there are also so many guests who are kind, sincere, and genuinely appreciate the care we put into our work.

And those beautiful encounters make it all worthwhile.

🙏 Thank God for both the joyful moments and the challenges along this journey.

Tomorrow, I’ll open the door again, answer messages, show apartments, and simply keep doing my best.

Who knows…

🌿 A LITTLE CONVERSATION THAT TOUCHED MY HEART

Today, something interesting happened that I really wanted to share. 🤍

A guest asked me:

“How much do I need to pay for your agent fee?”

I told her:

“You don’t need to pay anything.” 😊

But she insisted and said:

“No, I want to talk to the landlord. If the landlord doesn’t pay your fee, then I’ll pay it for you.”

Hihi… I honestly didn’t know what to say. 🥹❤️

So I told her:

“If you decide to rent long-term, I’ll treat you to a special local experience. I’ll take you to discover one of Hanoi’s traditional craft villages.” 🌿

And she went:

“WOWWW!” 😍

Then she said something that truly touched me:

“If there were more people as passionate and sincere as you, more and more foreigners would want to come to Vietnam.”

Oh my… 🥹

That really touched my heart.

Sometimes, we don’t realize how much a little sincerity, enthusiasm, and kindness can mean to someone.

For me, Blessed Home has never been just about renting out apartments.

I want every guest who comes to Vietnam to feel welcomed, cared for, and perhaps discover a little more of the beautiful country beyond their apartment. 🇻🇳🌿

A local coffee shop.
A traditional craft village.
A bicycle ride around West Lake.
A little corner of Hanoi that you may never find in a guidebook.

Because sometimes, the most beautiful travel memories come from genuine human connections. 🤍

And today, a few simple words from a guest reminded me why I love what I do.

💚 A NEW WEEK, AND ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL STORY FROM BLESSED HOME

A new week has begun, and I have another sweet little story to share from Blessed Home. 🌿🏡

A GUEST CAME TO VIEW THE APARTMENT — AND BOOKED IT RIGHT AWAY!

Sometimes, guests come to view an apartment thinking:

“Let’s have a look first…”

But then they walk in, see the space, the natural light, the thoughtful details, and all the little things that have been carefully prepared…

And suddenly:

“I’ll take it!”
No hesitation at all. 😊

This time, our guest chose the apartment as a beautiful place to prepare for their honeymoon in Vietnam. 💍🤍

A private, warm and comfortable home where they can begin a very special chapter together.

And what makes me even happier is this:

✨ After their honeymoon, they plan to sign a 2-year lease.

I think a truly good home is about more than simply being beautiful.

It is about walking through the door and feeling:

🌿 “I could live here for a long time.”
☀️ “There is light, warmth and peace here.”
🏡 “Everything has been thoughtfully prepared.”
🤍 “This feels like home.”

And perhaps that is what we hope to create at Blessed Home.

Not simply a place to rent.

But a place where a new journey can begin.

It could be a business trip.
It could be a few months of living and discovering Hanoi.
Or, this time… it could be the beautiful beginning of a marriage. 💍
