Some of the practices we offer may feel unfamiliar or even a little mystical at first. We invite you to meet them with an open heart, knowing that you will be guided gently and respectfully every step of the way. Our experienced and compassionate hosts create a safe, supportive space where you can explore at your own pace.
Below, you’ll find a description of the practices included in the retreat, offered to help you understand what to expect and how each experience supports this journey.
• YOGA
This beginner-friendly yoga practice blends gentle vinyasa flow with restorative Yin postures. We’ll start with slow, mindful movement to warm the body and connect with the breath, then transition into longer-held poses that support deep relaxation and release. The practice is designed to help ease tension—both physical and mental—and create a sense of calm, grounding, and ease, even in places we may not be aware we’re holding stress.
• ART SESSION
In this guided creative art session, we’ll draw the sacred geometry symbol of the Flower of Life with chakras woven into the design. Using a compass and your choice of markers, watercolor, or pencils, you’ll be led through an easy, step-by-step process suitable for all levels. This meditative art practice helps ignite creativity and results in a meaningful symbol you can keep and use as a visual anchor for intention and manifestation.
• ASTROLOGY WORKSHOP
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
- The 12 Zodiac Archetypes - the core energies that shape personality, motivation, and life direction
- Your Sun sign -your identity, life force, and sense of purpose
- Your Moon sign - your emotional world, inner needs, and instincts
• GUIDED SHADOW WORK
Shadow work is the practice of getting to know the parts of yourself that you usually ignore or hide
These “shadow” parts can be things like:
• emotions you were taught not to show (anger, jealousy, fear)
• habits or thoughts you feel embarrassed about
• traits you judge in others but might also have in yourself
Instead of pushing these parts away, shadow work means noticing them, understanding where they come from, and learning from them. The goal isn’t to feel bad about yourself—it’s to grow, heal, and become more self-aware.
• FIRE RITUAL: Release, Reclaim, Rise
Fire symbolizes release and transformation — letting go of thoughts, emotions, or habits that don’t serve you anymore. It’s not about the fire itself; it’s about intention and reflection. So whatever comes up for each person, they’ll write down whatever emotion or thought patterns they’d like to release etc.
Following guide for a short, gentle talk about reclaiming your power - no meditation, no performance, just words to spark reflection.
You’ll write down what’s ready to be released (during the Shadow Work workshop): fears, habits, old patterns - and offer it to the fire. Watch it transform into smoke and freedom.
Afterward, we’ll move freely around the fire: dance, sway, stretch, or simply witness - whatever your body needs to feel the release.
• MANIFESTATION VISION BOARD — Astrology & Shadow Work
Using your birth chart and shadow work, we explore the hidden beliefs, emotional patterns, and inner blocks that shape what you attract. Your vision board becomes a mirror of both your desires and the parts of you that are learning to feel safe receiving them.
This process aligns your intentions with your subconscious, so what you’re calling in can meet you fully and naturally. Some
