Lay out however makes sense, but I usually do this one clockwise like:

Moon phase reading

1. Now- New moon:
New beginnings, clean slate, future potential, inspiration, creating a vision.

2. Next- Waxing moon:
Intention, building up, pushing forward, taking action, growing, refining; observation and alignment.

3. Then- Full moon:
Manifestation, Coming to fruition, fully illuminated, seeing the whole picture, seeking deep understanding.

4. Finally- Waning moon:
Turn inward, gratitude, rest, recuperate, retreat, release attachment, allow clarity.
