We Build…® Safety First
At JC&A, safety isn’t something we recognize for just one week—it’s a commitment that drives every jobsite, every task, and every decision we make year-round. National Safety Week may have wrapped up, but our focus on building safe, respectful, and productive jobsites never stops.
Last week gave us the opportunity to reinforce that commitment through enhanced toolbox talks, team activities, raffles, and safety spotlights—recognizing the role each of us plays in protecting one another every day. As part of National Safety Week, our teams also joined thousands across the country in the National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction. Led by OSHA, the Stand-Down highlights fall prevention—the leading cause of fatalities on jobsites—and encourages teams to pause, assess risks, and reinforce safe practices through jobsite discussions and toolbox talks.
Because at JC&A, We Build…® Safety First isn’t just a slogan—it’s our culture. It means looking out for one another, speaking up, staying prepared, and making sure everyone goes home safe, every single day.
