1. Before accepting any appointment request, I will ask if you are presenting any of the following symptoms:

Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea

2. I will message this symptom checker a second time to booked clients on the same day of appointment to ensure they remain clear of these symptoms. These extra steps in massage therapy bookings can help keep our community safe. Thank you for your compliance and understanding.

Take some time out to unwind! My son did 20 minutes in the infrared sauna blanket @ 145 degrees with an anti acne mini facial and loved it 🤗. The cool jasmine-infused towel at the end was his favorite (although he won't admit it). lol

It's the time of year when Geranium becomes my go-to essential oil. It is excellent for soothing facial skin that's been exposed to the hot sun, helping to reduce sagging skin and wrinkles. At night, I add a couple drops of this oil in a glass bowl of cool water then splash my face with the mixture. The smell is so luxurious and calming to the nerves. It promotes a good night's sleep.
