🔬 Case Highlight: Benign CBD Stricture Managed with FCSEMS
A patient presented with features of obstructive jaundice and was diagnosed with a benign common bile duct (CBD) stricture on imaging.
📌 Procedure Performed: ERCP was carried out successfully. After selective cannulation of the CBD and cholangiogram confirmation of a tight distal stricture, a fully covered self-expanding metallic stent (FCSEMS) was deployed across the narrowed segment.

✔️ Reduced need for multiple plastic stent exchanges
