Winter is a season of recovery and preparation

As the winter season continues, let us not forget the close connection we have with nature. While society may push us to be productive and active during this time, it is also a time for reflection, restoration, and gentle self-care.

Let us take a step back and inwardly cultivate ourselves, preparing for the new growth and renewal of spring which is still about six weeks away.

Remember, winter is a season of recovery and preparation for the blossoming that lies ahead."
