It’s been 2 months on “the big R”, I feel GOOD my bloating/ inflammation I feel like has been cured!! I’m still eating the same foods, tracking because I need to make sure I’m hitting protein goals (using .app ) and exercising the same way I was prior to trying this out. Y’all can judge all you want but this has been life changing >>

You can workout 7x a week 2x a day, do all the cardio in the world and if you don’t watch what you eat… I’m sorry but the results you are striving for will not show up. Tracking your food is one of the most powerful tools you can use because it creates awareness. Most people aren’t failing because they’re eating “bad” foods. They’re struggling because they have no idea how much they’re actually eating.(using .app )
The workouts help. The cardio helps. But nutrition is what ties it all together.

The last thing I wanna do is take videos and pictures when I’m not feeling confident but this is EXACTLY why I do it!!

Life happens, the scale will go up and down, your clothes won’t fit the way you’d like them to, stress takes its place, then it’s followed by a breakout. Like we get no break!!

You can let all that stop you orrrrr you can stay consistent. For me— I like to stay consistent because the only thing i CAN control is consistently show up for myself. No matter what feeling gets in my way.
