Sometimes, we need a change of environment for peace of mind, growth and development, success and upward mobility.
You can do in another country the same thing you did in yours and be highly praised, supported, valued, recognized and appreciated.
Sometimes, it takes leaving what you know to see your true worth and potential. Yes, it is difficult to start fresh, but why remain somewhere with nothing to offer you.
Move if you are highly skilled, have expertise and good work ethic and have surpassed the qualifications for your current post.
Stagnation in one place is no indicator of how successful you will be in another. Do not ponder on the favortism, biasness and discrimination. The longest rope has an end. The bad people try to do to you backfires on them and only makes you better. Let the fight down be your motivation to aim higher and fall forward.
Proper system, leadership and structure in an establishment ensures staff have upward mobility, are rewarded for a job well done, their hard work highlighted and their qualifications recognized.
Always remember to move and take a leap of faith and watch how doors open for you. Do not stay where you are unwanted, unappreciated and unrecognized, for it will lead to your premature demise.
