We make connection more complicated than it needs to be and get in our heads/our own way by doing so. I want you to consider this: Your highest self is your most natural self, so you’re going to access it easiest and most clearly just by being in your most comfortable, relaxed state and shutting out the external world.

Also…

The clearest connection to your spirited loved ones IS your natural relationship with them. So, unless they were into spiritual ritual or ceremony, they want you to know you connect with them best through your memories and their familiar things of theirs, and activities you did together. As I type this someone is saying to me, “Stop making it so woo.” 😄

Here’s a real picture of me this morning. My every day personal and most perfect meditation is literally just lingering in bed before letting the external world (and phone) into my consciousness. My morning coffee, journal, pink pen, and fur babies are my best spiritual ‘tools’. 😄

Like other areas of life, we tend to complicate things and look for unique products yet neglect the basics. It makes no sense to me, it’s like buying furniture for a house that has only been framed and not finished. Why do we do this? Maybe because the basics are free and not marketable, and our attention span is constantly being sold to. 🤔 But that’s a different conversation, I digress. 😉

You always have more love surrounding you than you will ever know this side of heaven. 🤍🤍🤍

Last week I connected a client with her beautiful family in spirit. I knew right away that Mom was beside her but I also felt another mother figure. As I became curious as to whom the other mother figure was, I heard “September,” and saw the numbers 23, which my client told me was her mother-in-law’s birthday. ✨

Both of these ladies showed me recently going with my client to a mammogram. I was curious why both go with her when I heard, “Everything’s fine,” and felt pride for my client’s consistency in getting routine mammograms.

I knew then that was just one way Spirit sees my client taking care of herself, as I felt the same pride but more broadly for taking good care of herself in other ways as well. My client had responded that she just had her annual screening, so I understood why Moms used this as a specific example. I still wasn’t sure why both Moms went, go with her every time. I knew one must have had breast cancer for them to use this as an example, after being shown other ways their daughter takes good care of herself.

I couldn’t discern which mother had breast cancer, so I told my client all of that and asked her which Mom had breast cancer. She replied they both did. 💓💓

Angels walk beside you every day. And so do your passed loved ones. Those who went through illness, or even anxiety-provoking procedures themselves, are certainly going to be with you. Call upon them for their loving presence, deep peace, and strong calm, that only heaven can give. 🤍✨💓

People get used to their own energy and comfort zones. It’s not personal, they may just be startled by your bright light. Yet it doesn’t serve you to dim your light just because it’s too bright for someone else. 🤍✨

I am sending love to all in spirit who passed on or from 9/11, and their families here. 🤍 This year, today, the survivors are very much on my mind. I recently connected a man with his ex-wife in spirit who recently passed as a result of mental illness. He - and their fur baby - supported her so lovingly, until the very end, she communicated to me.

This beautiful and now pain-free woman in spirit kept giving me the number 9 and September as being a significant time in her life. She also told me she had deep trauma she couldn’t let go of when she was in her body.

As feedback, my client shared that his ex-wife was a 9/11 survivor who was rescued from one of the towers.

Survivor’s guilt is hard, and I hadn’t previously considered how much harder it can be to overcome when a tragic event is so massive, and widely publicized/honored.

May we continue to honor everyone impacted by 9/11. I invite you to join me in sending extra love to all the survivors today. And to all who support them. 🤍🙏🏻🤍

Thankful for this beautiful connection between Mom and daughter, and Mom’s feedback. 🤍

“Our meeting today was truly a turning point in my difficult journey through grief. I have always believed in life after life, which has always given me some comfort and hope. But what happened today felt different. It gave me an even deeper sense of knowing that my 11 years old daughter Lenia is still with me, just on the other side.

The details and experiences you shared today were so shockingly true and touched me in a way I cannot fully put into words. They brought me comfort, reassurance, and a feeling of connection that I desperately needed while missing tremendously my daughter. I walked away feeling that her presence is still very much a part of my life, just in a different way.

Thank you for being amazing at what you do and for holding such a beautiful, safe, and compassionate space for me today. I’m truly grateful for our connection and for the comfort you brought to my heart during this healing journey. ❤️”

Meet Trenton. Amazing, magical, adventurous, and beautiful son to his most loving mom, Bonnie, whom I thank for sharing!

Trenton showed me and made me feel he is perfectly healthy, jumping around whenever and wherever he wants! And people understand him perfectly now without him needing to use any physical means. He talked about his loving family he was embraced by when he returned to heaven.

Trenton told me Mom already knew how to communicate telepathically with him as he was nonverbal, and along with Dad, they always knew what he needed. He impressed evidential memories upon me of how Mom and Dad included him in every conversation they had. They never talked down to him nor at him, Trenton showed me. And he absolutely understood their conversations.

There were so many touching and awe-some moments in our connection, but I'll share a few of fun validations that, aside from loving water in his face 😍, made sense after our session, with feedback from Mom.

Trenton showed me he is playing in water in heaven, exuberantly! He loved the water in his face, I could see and feel, which was unusual and striking to me. Mom confirmed and later sent these photographs to share just how much Trenton loved and loves water, even in his face!

Trenton spoke about special fuzzy Christmas socks. And he showed me pink peonies his grandmother here was hanging now (at the time of our session) being with her in her front yard. Trenton also showed me a single dangly earring, a few times, so I knew this would have to make sense later! I was on Zoom with Mom; she had a full head of gorgeous hair, no earring was visible by me. :)

Trenton was and is happy that he got to share so much love here with everyone who knew him. And he is grateful that all he knew in his body was the amazing love and protection from his beautiful family. 🤍🤍🤍

I hope Trenton uplifts you today and reminds you of how much LOVE can be shared in a short time, and even without words. We admire people for many reasons, but to love and be loved so much is truly the highest possible achievement. 🤍✨

Your spirit/soul can’t get tired, your body + mind does, which can block your connection to your intuition and Spirit, making you feel a tired heaviness. This feeling can result from not getting true rest, not getting the actual refreshment, renewal, and rejuvenation our bodies and minds need. We need a balance of truly restful/rejuvenating activities on a regular basis, whether we realize it or not.

I hope this message from Spirit reaches whomever it resonates with! 🤍✨
