Welcome to Ebb & Flow Wholistic Retreat!

A life of flow is about moving with the tides rather than against.

This is where the intention for Ebb & Flow Wholistic Retreat was born. We want to offer a day for you to find the space you need to get into YOUR flow.

Join us on Saturday March 4th in Karekare Beach, Auckland 10AM - 5PM.

A day of rest, nourishment, rejuvenation, space and freedom to just BE. Step away from the pull of the world to care for yourself.

We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to share our knowledge and experience in

* Ayurvedic Cooking Class and Community Plant-based Lunch
* Guided Meditation
* Simple and Empowering Pranayama and some theory around Breathwork
