Calling all mothers and caregivers! 📣 Join us for creative, art-based workshop inviting mothers and caregivers to step into the frame: to reflect, express and reimagine how museums can better see and support them.

📅 Friday, 22nd May, 11am-1pm

We'll create a collaborative poem from words found in the museum and design self-portraits of your "Everyday me" and "Museum me". Then, together, we'll build a mini "Ideal Museum" model to share our vision for change.

No artistic skills required! Just your voice, your story and your imagination!

This workshop is for mothers and caregivers. Children are welcome to attend with their caregiver, there will be a children's corner and they can join any part of the workshop.
FREE but please book a spot on Eventbrite here:

💛 Got reusable nappies sitting unused? They could still make a huge difference 🌍

We work with charities overseas to help get reusable nappies, wraps and accessories to communities where they’re really needed 💛

If you’ve got nappies your little one has outgrown, please consider donating them rather than leaving them tucked away in storage 🌿

We’re especially looking for:
👶 Reusable nappies
🌱 Wraps and boosters
🧺 Wet bags
💛 Reusable wipes

We do ask that donations are sent in clean, good usable condition. Nappies should have good working elastic and fastenings, with no staining, mould, fraying or major damage 🌱

Every donation helps support families and reduces reliance on disposables in areas where access and affordability can be difficult 🌍

If you’d like to donate, you can find full details here: https://www.thenappylady.co.uk/news/donating-cloth-nappies.html

A nappy your child has finished with could still have plenty of life left to give 💛
