Every day above ground is a blessing and we have to live each day to the fullest. Having great health is paramount. As we grow older, our health tends to take a backseat to life, work, and family. However, if we don't have great health, there is a ch

ance that we won't be helpful to others and even ourselves. As the saying goes, 'if you don't have health, you don't have anything'. I've always been health conscience. However, with the busy social and professional lifestyles many of us live, it is sometimes difficult to focus on our nutrition and physical activity. Too often, earning a living and taking care of family come before our own health and body. Well, it's time to refocus. I created this page to share thoughts, workouts, recipes, and inspiration that have helped me live with more gratitude and improve my mind and body.
