Here are a few things I practice daily to protect my peace…

1. Rising Routine of Mindfulness

2. Organize and Plan my day but also being open to things not going as planned

3. Establishing energetic boundaries w/ people and social media.

4. Checking in with self throughout the day and adjusting if needed.

5. Be intentional about the music I listen too, the words I say to myself and others.
