In this session, Mary Anne demonstrates a simple, easy-to-apply dressing technique for peri-fistula and peristomal skin breakdown. This approach may be a rescue for “unpouchable” patients with deep creases or scarring and can prevent leaks for up to 5–7 days, depending on clinical circumstances.
