Mucormycosis is a type of fungal infection. Indiscriminate steroid usage, diabetic condition and weak immune system are responsible to cause fungal infection in COVID-19 patients. But one of its main cause is unhygienic conditions i.e., use of unclean oxygen, unclean oxygen pipeline, not changing dehumidifier water routinely and who knows what water is filled in it. If a person becomes covid negative and gets discharged from the hospital then why his/her culture test is not done at that time, as they have paid lakhs of money for treatment. This is not the first time people are dying in India for want of proper treatment. The director of hospitals who come to gave their remark on television are responsible for this condition and strict legal action should be taken against them.

Our country is going through a tough time due to second wave of COVID-19. People are losing their loved ones due to the scarcity of resources, relevant medicines, medical equipment etc. But some vultures are still roaming, due to which the whole human society is getting embarrassed. If you cannot do a good thing, please do not do wrong, at least create a positive atmosphere. Positively is the key to happiness and happiness the remedies of this pandemic.
I hope and pray that the situation gets better soon, my thoughts are with all the people of India!
Stay safe and stay strong. We earnestly hope to see better days soon.

A big salute to the health workers and corona warriors as they are doing their best to treat and save as many patients as they can but the patients are losing their lives due to shortage of drugs. This is very shameful for all of us.
Only seven Indian companies have the rights to produce and sell Remdesivir injection locally under agreement with US-based Gilead Sciences. Several other Indian companies manufacturer this injection but only for export purposes. As the export was banned from 11 April, the companies have a stock of Remdesivir doses. So these companies approached central government to provide them license and exempt in Form 10 and 122 E to sell the drug locally. Government should talk with US and put a hold on the patent laws using Section 66 for public interest in this disaster situation. Also the government should give license to companies who are interested to manufacture Remdesivir as we are facing a difficult time during the pandemic.
