Sorry folks… we’re cancelling tomorrow’s Drop-In Arts & Crafts. Between lack of participants & craziness to finish moving houses, we just can’t be there.

RELEASE - Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

At the core of her practice, Terri honours the rich tradition of yoga and the deep healing practices that support a lifestyle of growth and letting go. She empowers students with tools to explore within and release what no longer serves them.

After 24 years of spiritual growth and navigating profound grief, Terri evolved the identity of her healing business to Four Hands Serenity . The name reflects her deep connection with her spiritual guides—her sister, grandmother, and best friend—each of whom resides on the other side. For Terri, her healing and teachings are never solitary; she always feels their presence guiding her.

Join Terri at Liminal Space Studio THIS Wednesday evening, as she intuitively guides us through a Restorative Yoga session, followed by a soothing & replenishing sound bath by The Prairie Empath

One of the crafts that will be setup for tomorrow’s SUMMER Drop-In Arts & Crafts will be a Sarah’s iconic dreamcatchers.

With several fabric designs from unicorns & mermaids to dinos & cacti, these simple but pretty wall hangings make a wonderful gift, for yourself or someone else 😉

There will also be a watercolour based project, a drawing project & maybe a a flower weaving… so many ideas, only so much time!

Studio is open 10-noon, just $10 per person. Do as many projects as you’d like! All supplies provided!
